With over 15 years of experience of DTC and B2B marketing, I’ve helped impact-focused brands grow their profit and scale their revenue without compromising their focus on authentically connecting with their audience, protecting the environment and supporting social justice initiatives.

• Identify pinch points in your funnel and maximize the value and relationship with the customers or clients you already have
• Build a comprehensive strategy and roadmap and ensure execution
• Define the key talent the business needs to reach its goals

Dedicated CMO
The fully-dedicated CMO service places me in the position to be fully engaged with your team, focusing on long-term growth with the least financial risk.
• Quarterly planning meetings, bi-monthly sprint sessions, weekly calls and daily check-ins with your team
• Evaluate, hire, and train employees and contractors within your marketing team
Ongoing (Minimum 6 Months)

• After I complete your initial audit, you can bring me on to lead your team and keep your marketing department on track.
• I’ll begin with a deep dive, diagnostic analysis to gain deeper insights about the company and brand, such as past history, current needs/concerns and future goals. I’ll also get a sense of the team and investment you have in place to take you to your goal.
• Next, I’ll deploy our Functional Marketing® Framework to build out marketing strategy, establish KPIs and reporting, define positioning, and more

Get in touch with me here. If we’re a good fit, I’ll schedule a brief intro call to gather more information about your immediate and long-term goals.
Step 2
Next, we’ll schedule a call to dive deeper into your specific marketing goals. At the end, I’ll share next steps, recommendations and send over a more detailed proposal.
Step 3
If we decide to work together, I’ll deliver a comprehensive marketing plan within 30 days, schedule a 2-4 hour meeting to review the strategy and discuss next steps.
